Rules of Use for Bangladesh Players

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 111bey website at 111bey.net, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any product or service offered by 111bey, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 111bey platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered on 111bey, including but not limited to: cricket sportsbook betting, football and other sports betting, live dealer casino games, video slots, crash games, instant win games, and any promotional or bonus scheme made available from time to time. They apply to all registered players regardless of location within Bangladesh — including players from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.

111bey operates this platform in good faith for the entertainment of adult players in Bangladesh. We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players by email in advance of the change taking effect.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the 111bey platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 111bey is strictly an 18+ platform and does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, bet, or claim any bonus or promotional offer under any circumstances.
• You must be a human individual. Corporate entities, automated bots, scripts, or any non-human agent are not permitted to register or operate an account on 111bey.
• You must register using your own true and accurate personal details. Registering under a false name, using another person's identity, or providing fabricated contact information is a material breach of these terms.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 111bey or any of its affiliated technology or game studio partners.
• You must not currently be under a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period that was previously applied to your 111bey account or to any other account you held on a platform operated by 111bey's technology partners.
• You must be accessing the platform for personal recreational use only, not on behalf of a third party or as a professional wagering service.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of 111bey products and services, you are required to create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. You may only hold one account at 111bey at any time. If you already hold an account, do not create a second one — contact [email protected] if you require assistance accessing your existing account.

During registration you will be asked to provide the following information, which must be accurate, current, and complete:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your National Identity Document (NID) or passport.
• A valid Bangladesh mobile number that you own and control, which will be used for account verification and support communications.
• A valid and active email address to which 111bey may send account notifications, promotional communications, and security alerts.
• Your date of birth, confirming that you are 18 years of age or older.
• Your city of residence within Bangladesh.

111bey operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID — such as your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — along with proof of your deposit payment method (for example, a screenshot of a bKash or Nagad account statement matching the mobile number registered on your 111bey account). KYC verification is conducted to confirm your identity, confirm your age, and protect against fraud and money laundering.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 111bey are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment methods must be registered in your own name — using a payment account belonging to a third party is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the 111bey platform, including sports betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers series), football, kabaddi, and other sports, as well as all casino, live dealer, crash, slots, and instant win games.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted subject to available funds in your account balance at the time of placement. 111bey reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for doing so.
• Odds & Prices: All sports odds are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is accepted and confirmed are the odds that will be applied to your settlement. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and may differ significantly from pre-match prices.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void by 111bey in the following circumstances: an event is abandoned or postponed beyond the applicable settlement window; a technical error results in clearly incorrect odds being published; an event is proven to have been subject to match-fixing or corruption; or the bet was placed in violation of these terms. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned).
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live markets. 111bey may suspend live markets at any time during an event. Any bets submitted during a market suspension will not be accepted. All in-play settlements are based on the official result of the relevant event, as determined by the governing body of that sport.
• Casino & RNG Games: All casino game outcomes at 111bey are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators. RTP percentages are published in the game information panel for each title. Past game results have no bearing on future outcomes. Casino games are for entertainment — you should never bet more than you can afford to lose.
• Maximum Payout: A maximum single-transaction payout cap may apply. Players seeking to place large wagers should contact [email protected] in advance to confirm applicable limits for their account tier.

Bonuses & Promotions

111bey offers various promotional schemes to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to these general terms plus any specific promotional terms published alongside each individual offer.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts or payment details constitute a breach of these terms.
• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered players only. 111bey reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotional offer at its sole discretion without being required to state a reason.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for the bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings that remain at the end of the promotional period will be forfeited automatically.
• 111bey reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. If a promotional offer is cancelled after a player has already qualified and opted in, any bonus funds already credited will remain active under the terms that were in place at the time of opt-in.
• Where a player is found to have abused a promotional offer — through systematic or exploitative wagering patterns intended to circumvent the spirit of the promotion rather than to engage in genuine gameplay — 111bey reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and restrict future promotional eligibility.

Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 111bey platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh.

• Fraud & Deception: Using false personal details during registration; impersonating another person; submitting falsified KYC documents; using stolen payment credentials; or misrepresenting your identity or eligibility in any way.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one account on 111bey, whether in your own name or using the details of another person.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit promotional offers through systematic bet reversal strategies, matched-betting abuse, arbitrage betting using multiple accounts, or any other method that exploits promotions in a way that is inconsistent with genuine recreational use.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to interact with the 111bey platform, including placing bets, navigating the lobby, or exploiting game mechanics.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or sports market available on 111bey.
• Money Laundering: Using 111bey to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are proceeds of criminal activity. 111bey complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious financial activity as required by applicable law.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, pricing mistakes, or any other platform malfunction to generate artificial winnings. Any winnings derived from a known or obvious error will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider in relation to a legitimate 111bey transaction. Any funds deposited via a payment method subject to a fraudulent chargeback will be deducted from your account balance and the account suspended pending investigation.

Account Suspension & Closure

111bey reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is likely to occur. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or serious prohibited conduct, accounts may be frozen immediately pending investigation.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account following deduction of voided bonuses and associated winnings may be returned to the player's verified payment method at 111bey's discretion, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or fraud investigation. Bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus play that violates these terms will be forfeited.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily — whether for personal reasons or as part of a responsible gaming decision — may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.
